First of all it depends on where you live in the world, but this is a general idea of how long it will take.

Toronto Area: 2-4 days

Canada: 5-7 days

USA: 7-10 days

International: 14-21 days

Unfortunately with the way the world is with shipping and time frames it could be longer than the above. We will always do our best to get you your matcha as soon as possible. Please be patient, and let us know if you have not received your matcha within 30 days.

While shipping is the length of time it will take once it leaves the country of origin, processing is how long it takes for the order to leave the shipping office. Processing times can be anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on when you order. If ordering on a Friday, your order will be shipped the next business day.

We do. When it comes to international shipping we have tried our best to get the best rates, and we understand that shipping internationally is more expensive. In this case, we suggest purchasing a few items at once to prevent extra shipping costs.

We might also not be able to ship to your country at the moment. If that is the case then please let us know and we will do our best to make it available.

Also please be aware of your countries duties, and taxes (discussed below).

While shipping rates steadily increase over time due to inflation and increased labor and material costs, the 2020 pandemic disrupted the supply chain in multiple ways and thus caused shipping costs to rise exponentially.

Shipping costs cover materials, manpower and many different supply chain activities that transport inventory to you, the customer. While also consisting of taxes from the country the shipment originates from and the country where it’s shipped to, and all other documentation fees.

In other words, every single step of the fulfillment process costs money—from labor costs and fuel charges to transportation and delivery fees. Of course, the parcel’s weight, dimensions, value, and shipping destination are also factored into the final shipping price.

Any International order may be subject to duties and taxes. These are non-refundable, and are paid by the receiver and not the shipper. The fee depends on the country you live in, the tax system you fall under, and the import duties depending on what the item is.

Radiance Matcha is not responsible for import fees, duties and taxes.

Due to matcha being a food product, once it has been opened it is null and void of any sort of refund or return. If your matcha or container comes damaged in anyway, then we will absolutely issue a refund.
